Shipping & Returns

International SHIPPING POLICY

Prices are shown in HK dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “GIFTS” or with altered prices.

International Orders may require 5-8 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidated items to one location for shipment.

When “Fast International Shipping” method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice(UPS or Fedex). Typical transit time will be 5-8 business days.

Hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.

Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. It you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting HK we can ship any product to your hotel or visit our store.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love Creammeow items but if you do need to do a refund or exchange for any reason, we understand...and here are the details:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

This way we know to expect a package from you!
We will reply with a mailing address and info regarding your return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over HKD500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like UPS Priority Mail. We can't be responsible for items lost in transport.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 3-5 business days.
